Yoga Dance has many different meanings for many different teachers. For example Shiva Rae teaches Yoga Dance as a free expression trance dance with no technique taught. I on the other hand teach a Samba/American Tribal Style Belly Dance/Flamenco/Modern fusion technique with yoga asana, philosophy and theater.
