		<description>I always prefer Yoga.
I don&#039;t want six-packs but just flat tummy, not big biseps but firm arms, trimmy waist and firm thighs, all can be achieved by Yoga and Pilates, and it&#039;s an exercise I can do even I&#039;m old.</description>
