Mind Body Soul Expo is a 3-day lifestyle exhibition, designed for personal growth and self development. The event will showcase exhibitors from four categories including active living and beauty, health and nutrition, metaphysics and mental well being.

There will be Yoga demonstration and health food tasting as well, with dance and beauty contest among other things.
