hi Tan, I was offering class at Bukit Damansara community hall at very reasonable price for the past months (introductory price), main objective is to serve the community there and also to promote traditional Hatha Yoga practice. Hi Everyone,

You can also visit this fabulous pilates studio called Pilatique Pilates Studio, Kuala Lumpur (www.pilatique.com). It is also located within Damansara Heights and Solaris Mont’ Kiara for KL vicinity. Easy parking and great food around the neighbourhood too

Prices are fairly reasonable and it gets cheaper with buying more sessions. They also have an introductory package of 4 private (one-to-one) sessions for RM400 where they teach about pilates fundamentals and also how to use the equipment (reformer, cadillac, chair, barrels, etc) safely. Duet and group classes are also available.

I highly recommend them because they have certified trainers, mostly from Stott Pilates (www.stottpilates.com) and apprentices who have basically done the training are are just waiting to sit for their exams. They also offer internationally recognised education courses from Stott Pilates for both mat and equipments as Pilatique is their Licensed Training Center. So, if you are interested to become an instructor or just to improve your pilates practise, call them to find out more.
